Lavender Fields Sessions
In July each year the stunning lavender fields of the Cotswolds burst forth in a riot of glorious colour, creating a stunning seasonal setting that provides the perfect backdrop for capturing beautiful portraits of your four-legged best friend.
The Location
Lavender Fields Sessions take place at a lavender farm in the Cotswolds which is open to the public from the end of June to the beginning of August. The best flowering is normally mid-July, although this is dependent on the weather.
Your session will take place during normal opening hours at the lavender farm, so there are likely to be other people and dogs passing by. The field is large enough that we can normally find a quiet spot to capture those beautiful moments for you
The Flowers
As well as approximately 20 acres of lavender, the farm also plants a wildflower meadow each year, which we can also use for some variety during your lavender fields session (time permitting)
The types of wildflower will be dependent on what has been planted and at what point in the season your session is, as these flowers tend to have a shorter flowering period than the lavender fields
Things you need to know
The Lavender Fields is an ON-lead location. I recommend bringing a lead and collar for use during your session, and leads will be removed from your image gallery (please note collars will not be removed unless you upgrade to Collar Removal Editing).
The lavender farm gets very busy at weekends, so Limited Edition Sessions will only take place on weekdays as I normally have several appointments on the same day. Very limited weekend dates may be available for All Inclusive Experiences

My Photoshoot packages are loosely divided into two categories: Limited Edition Sessions and All Inclusive Experiences:
LIMITED EDITION SESSIONS
Take place on my advertised set weekday dates during June/July, and lasts about an hour
Suitable for dogs and puppies of any age
Include one 12x10 inch Premium Mounted Print and matching digital file of your choice from a 6 image viewing gallery

or 2 instalments x £87.50
ALL INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCES
Take place on a date of your choice during June/July. There is no time limit, but a session normally lasts 1.5 - 2 hours
Suitable for dogs and puppies of any age
Includes a full set of Print Ready digital files ready to download
Upgraded packages available to include artwork and/or additional photo shoot session at another location (£)
Booking fee: from £495
or 3 instalments x £165

Limited Edition Sessions take place on set weekday dates during the year, which are advertised on my website. It is normally limited to about an hour
All Inclusive Experiences offer a more personalised experience tailored to your aims and vision for the photo shoot, with the flexibility of choosing a date to suit you. There is no time limit, which is perfect for dogs who are nervous or need a little longer to suss things out
I use a lavender farm in the Cotswolds for my Lavender Fields Session (postcode area WR12)
You'll view an image gallery from your session, which is normally available 1-2 weeks after your photo shoot takes place. Limited Edition Session Galleries have 6 images, while All Inclusive Experience Galleries have a minimum of 12 images
For Limited Edition Sessions, you'll receive one 12x10 inch Premium Mounted Print of your favourite image from the gallery, with matching digital file
For All Inclusive Experiences, you'll receive a complete set of Print Ready Digital Files ready to download. Upgraded package options also include a piece of artwork and/or additional photo shoot session at alternative location
Limited Edition Sessions are time limited as I normally have several bookings on the same day. They normally last 45 minutes to an hour
All Inclusive Experiences have no time limit as they are normally my only session of the day. As a guide, they are normally 1.5 to 2 hours, but this may vary depending on your dog
Lavender Fields Limited Edition Sessions cost £175 or 2 instalments x £87.50
All Inclusive Experiences start from £495 or 3 instalments x £165
That's up to you - if you're happy with what's included with your session, you don't need to pay a penny more than the package price.
However, if you'd like additional prints, products or artwork, these are all sold separately in addition to your chosen package. You'll get to see some product samples at your photo shoot with online ordering available via your gallery
For Limited Edition Sessions, there's also a one-time offer to buy the whole gallery of Print Ready Digital Files for £247 before your session takes place, saving you a massive 50% on the standard price!
Any additional orders can either be paid in full on receipt of your invoice, or via an instalment plan.
The Artwork Consultation is a personalised service designed to help to choose your favourite images and discover the best way to display them in your home.
If you are considering ordering artwork for your home, I recommend booking an Artwork Consultation to give you guidance and support in choosing the right products and artwork to suit your decor and budget.
Limited Edition Sessions and Digital only All Inclusive Experience Packages incur a booking fee of £25 for the Artwork Consultation. If you go on to place an additional product order, this £25 will be deducted from your invoice.
All Inclusive Experience packages where artwork is included will have the option to book an Artwork Consultation at no additional cost
It normally takes 4-6 weeks from your order date for your artwork to be delivered to me for checking (albums may take longer).
If you're paying via instalments, digital files and artwork orders are delivered once the instalment plan has been completed. If you've paid in full on receipt of invoice, your order will be delivered as soon as I've checked everything is correct.
If your photo shoot is due to take place outdoors, there's always a chance it could be affected by the weather!
If we've got torrential rain, soaring temperatures or freezing conditions that mean it's not suitable for your photo shoot to take place, we can simply reschedule for a new date at no extra cost.
There absolutely is! I guarantee that you'll LOVE your images - and if for any reason you don't, I'll give you a complimentary reshoot AND I'll upgrade your included print to a Desk Frame absolutely free!
In addition, Limited Edition Sessions have an additional guarantee due to the time limit which is in place. If your dog is unable to settle to the point that I can not capture any photos of them, I'll credit your booking fee towards a All Inclusive Experience (on a date of your choice) to give them the additional time they need to relax.
