You want to capture those beautiful moments that sum up his adorable personality, but maybe he's a little nervous of new people or experiences, and it takes him a while to suss things out. All you have are a mass of blurry phone images as you’ve tried and failed to capture the perfect image of him in such beautiful surroundings.
Perhaps you just think it's impossible to find what you want, so you just have to make do with what you can get, even though you don't really want to miss out on capturing your dog's whole life, from his amazing character and good looks as well as all the fun and adventures you share together.

I’m Sandie Powner, dog-crazy lady who loves nothing more than helping you capture the love, joy and adventures you share with your four-legged best friend.
As someone who’s had family dogs from a very young age, I know just how important they are as members of your family, and I want to make sure you have a way to keep those unique, precious moments close to your heart to cherish forever.
Your All-Inclusive Experience
The Pawfect Moments Experience includes a relaxed photo shoot session to capture the love, joy and adventures you share with your four-legged best friend. Here's how it works:
When you book your Pawfect Moments Experience, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to your contract and a questionnaire about your dog to complete so that I can find out all about you both!
In a few days. you'll receive your Welcome Pack through the post, which includes a Session Guide with all the information you need to prepare for your photo shoot, Product Guide with details of your artwork options, and current price list, as well as a little treat for you and your dog!

Your personalised Pawfect Moments Experience includes one Outdoor Location session at a location of your choice.
All packages include a full set of Print Ready digital files ready to download from your online gallery.
The Muddy Paws and Memories package also includes a 20 inch Premium Wall Art with Deluxe Frame worth £399
The Timeless Tails & Treasures package also includes an additional At Home Studio Style session, your 20 inch Premium Wall Art with Deluxe Frame worth £399 and your choice of a Classic Photo Album or £300 artwork credit
For happy, enthusiastic dog and puppy owners who want to capture the unique character and adorable personality of their four-legged best friend to treasure forever
Pawprints Digital Package costs £495 or 3 x £165 instalments
Muddy Paws & Memories Package costs £795 or 3 x £265 instalments
Timeless Tails & Treasures Package costs £1275 or 3 x £425 instalments
That's up to you - if you're happy with your included package and Print Ready digital files, you don't need to pay a penny more than the package price.
However, if you'd like additional prints, products or artwork, these are all sold separately. You'll get to see some product samples at your photo shoot with online ordering available via your gallery. There is no pressure to buy anything extra, and I keep all the images from your gallery indefinitely, with prices guaranteed for 12 months from the date of your photo shoot
Any additional orders can either be paid in full on receipt of your invoice, or via an instalment plan.
Please note: the locations I suggest for your photo shoot are either free to use or I have an annual permit, but if you prefer a specific location, please be aware that any permit fees will be payable by you in addition to your booking fee.
If the location of your photo shoot is more than 20 miles from my address (LE16), a travel fee may also apply
There is no set time limit for your Pawfect Moments Experience, however as a guideline your photo shoot may last 1.5 - 2 hours
If you choose a package which includes artwork or you purchase additional artwork items, it normally takes 4-6 weeks from your Artwork Consultation for your order to be delivered to me for checking.
If you're paying via instalments, artwork orders are delivered once the instalment plan has been completed. If you've had in full on receipt of invoice, your order will be delivered as soon as I've checked everything is correct.
If your photo shoot is due to take place outdoors, there's always a chance it could be affected by the weather!
If we've got torrential rain, soaring temperatures or freezing conditions that mean it's not suitable for your photo shoot to take place, we can simply reschedule for a new date at no extra cost.
There absolutely is! I guarantee that you'll LOVE your images - and if for any reason you don't, I'll give you a complimentary reshoot AND I'll throw in a complimentary Desk Frame absolutely free!
Rescheduling Your Booking
If you need to reschedule your photo shoot for any reason, just let me know and I'll be happy to transfer you to a new date which we'll mutually agree. The following fees will apply to all rescheduled sessions:
First Reschedule requested more than 48 hours prior to session date/time - no charge
Subsequent Reschedules OR less than 48 hours notice - £30 rescheduling fee
Cancelling Your Booking
After you book with me, you have a 14 day cooling off period as per the Consumer Contracts Legislation. Your cooling off period commences from the date you pay your booking fee, and if you cancel during this period you will be entitled to a full refund, providing no part of the service has been delivered.
Once the cooling off period has lapsed, the following cancellation charges apply where no part of the service has been delivered
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the first session date: £50 administration fee
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first session date: 50% of the booking fee
WHERE PART OF THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DELIVERED
If part of the service has already been delivered when you cancel, you will be charged cancellation fees pro-rata to the services you have already received. This may apply if you have had your Pre-Shoot Chat or one or more sessions in a multi-shoot package has been delivered. Details of the pro-rata charges can be found on your contract, or provided on request.
Additional Artwork orders are considered bespoke and therefore excluded from any right of cancellation once paid for.

Simply select a date from the calendar below to reserve it for your photo shoot, and I'll be in touch shortly to confirm availability and get your Pawfect Moments Experience in the diary!
Your date will initially be held for 7 days, during which time we'll have a chat about what you'd like to achieve from your photo shoot, to ensure I can deliver on your goals. If we both feel that we're a good fit for each other after our chat, we'll confirm your chosen date and I'll send you an invoice or instructions on how to set up your instalment plan
What happens Next
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You'll receive an email straightaway confirming that I've received your booking and will be processing it shortly. Your date is held for 7 days, and I'll be in touch via your preferred method (email or phone) to discuss what you're looking for and make sure we're a good fit for each other
WITHIN 48 HOURS
I'll be in touch to go through your booking enquiry and answer any initial questions you may have. Once we've spoken and you've confirmed you're happy to go ahead, you'll also receive the invoice for your booking fee, or instructions on how to set up your payment plan if you've chosen to pay by instalments
ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED
You'll receive a welcome email with links to your initial paperwork - the contract and a questionnaire about you and your dog. These can be filled in with a few simple clicks!
WELCOME PACK
Within 3-5 days you'll receive your welcome pack by post which will include your Session Guide and Product Guide as well as a little treat for you and your dog.
