Why book a photo shoot for your business?

It's easy enough these days to pop onto a stock photography website and buy some images to use - but do you really want your website to show the same shots as everyone else? The great thing about a Pet Professionals Photo Shoot is that NO-ONE ELSE will have the images you have - they're entirely tailored to you and your business!

With a choice of packages that scale with your business, from Solopreneur Essentials to sessions designed for Small Businesses, this is the ideal way to ensure your branding images are fresh and up to date without the overwhelm of having to create them yourself!

frequently Asked Questions!

These are the most popular questions about booking a pet professionals photo shoot - but if I've missed anything, let me know!

What is a Pet Professionals Photo Shoot?

A Pet Professionals photo shoot is for small businesses working in the pet industry who would like personalised, professional images of their services to use in their branding and marketing activities

What is the difference between Solopreneur Essentials and the Small Business Sessions?

A Solopreneur Essentials Session is budget-friendly, fixed 90 minute session designed for solo business owners and start-ups to capture personalised branding images

A Small Business Session is half or full day photo shoot session to ensure your marketing images are fresh and up to date and provide a good representation of your business to your audience. This is designed for Small Businesses with 3-12 employees and offers an in-depth branding portfolio of images to promote your business to your clients

What's included in a Pet Professionals session?

Your session will include a pre-shoot planning consultation for us to discuss any ideas or particular shots you'd like to include in your session, talk through what happens on the day and any preparations that we need to make

The Solopreneur Essentials package includes a fixed 90 minute session, with your choice of 25 edited images with a small business usage licence, delivered via digital download

A typical Small Business half day session would last up to 3 hours at your premises or location, with your choice of 50 edited images with small business usage licence, delivered via digital download

How much does it cost?

Solopreneur Essentials Sessions start from £375 for a 90 minute session, and Small Business Sessions start from £695 for a half day session (3 hours)

Are there any extra costs?

You will have a fixed number of images included in your session, however if you wish to purchase extra images, you can do this through your online gallery, either individually or via an All-Inclusive upgrade

Depending on where you are based, an additional travel fee may apply, which will be discussed before booking.

If you would like to use your images for branding your premises, I can also provide quotations for wall art and other display items.

How do I know which option is right for me?

It will depend on the nature of your business whether an Solopreneur Essentials or Small Business Session is right for you.

For example, if you are a solo dog walker looking for branding images to promote your services, a Solopreneur Essentials session is probably the best fit. Alternatively, if you're a dog bakery business employing 7-10 staff and you'd like branding images showing how you create your products behind the scenes, 'on the shelf' images and staff headshots, a Small Business Session is for you.

If you are unsure which would suit you best, let me Give You a Paw! You can book a 20 minute, informal and no-obligation chat with me to go through the different options and decide what would suit you and your business best.

How long does it take to get my digital files?

Your digital files are normally delivered by digital download within 4-6 weeks of your session.

Your package will include a fixed number of images, with the option to buy extras or upgrade to all inclusive if you wish

How many images can I expect to receive?

For a Solopreneur Essentials session, you should expect to receive 25 images included with your booking fee.

For a typical Small Business half-day session, you should expect to receive 50 images included with your booking fee

Can I get a refund?

After you book with me, you have a 14 day cooling off period as per the Consumer Contracts Legislation. Your cooling off period commences from the date you pay your booking fee, and if you cancel during this period you will be entitled to a full refund, providing no part of the service has been delivered.

Once the cooling off period has lapsed, the following cancellation charges apply where no part of the service has been delivered

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the first session date: £50 administration fee
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first session date: 50% of the booking fee.

Your right to refund as outlined above is on the basis that no part of your photo shoot package has taken place. If part of the service has already been delivered when you cancel, you will be charged cancellation fees pro-rata to the services you have already received.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule your photo shoot for any reason, just let me know and I'll be happy to transfer you to a new date which we'll mutually agree. The following fees will apply to all rescheduled sessions:

First Reschedule requested more than 48 hours prior to session date/time - no charge
Subsequent Reschedules OR less than 48 hours notice - £30 rescheduling fee

Not sure which option is right for you?

Let me 'Give You a PAW' with a 20-minute informal chat and virtual cuppa - it's absolutely FREE with no obligation or pressure to book if I'm not the photographer for you!

P is for Personality - let's see if we get on and if we're a good fit for each other
A is for Aims - share your vision for the photo shoot and what you'd like to achieve
W is for Worries - we can talk through any concerns you may have

At the end of the call, you'll have absolute confidence about which type of pet professionals package is right for you and your business (or not!)
