One of my absolute favourite shoots to do is a litter shoot, because it's equal parts chaos and cuteness!
So June's entries for the Guild of Photographers' Image of the Month competition were three shots from my most recent litter shoot for Twybrook Kooikerhondje.
The Kooikerhondje is a Dutch hunting breed originally bred as a duck decoy dog. It is relatively rare in the UK but is more well-known in Europe.
This litter was a little bit special as they were born on the Netherlands' Kings Day, so for the group shot I planned a Dutch theme to celebrate the breed's heritage. Getting all the puppies to sit nicely and look the right way is ALWAYS a challenge but they did really well!
As well as the group shot, we also did individual shots of each puppy, and I also entered portraits of Lief and Valiant into the Guild of Photographers' Image of the Month competition. I am thrilled to say that all three images were awarded Bronze!
