Photo Shoot Locations
Limited Edition Session Gift Vouchers include a photo shoot session at one of my pre-selected locations on set dates during the year. The majority of these locations are in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland, apart from the Lavender Fields sessions which take place in the Cotswolds
All Inclusive Experience Gift Vouchers offer a personalised experience with more flexibility for dates and location, which can be mutually agreed when the session is booked. We can use one of my recommended locations or somewhere special to you

- Your Gift Voucher is issued by Sandie Powner Photography, Geddington NN14 1AQ
- Any purchase of a gift voucher is subject to these terms and conditions and any special terms stated on this website
- Your Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once your voucher expires it can not be used and is not valid for any refund if it expires without being used
- It may be possible to extend your expiry date once, at the discretion of Sandie Powner Photography and provided the request is received in writing prior to your voucher expiry date
- Your Gift Voucher is valid for the type of photo shoot session specified on the voucher, and will have the included products listed on the voucher.
- Limited Edition Session Vouchers include one 12x10 inch Premium Mounted Print and matching digital file of your choice from a gallery of 6 images
- All Inclusive Experience Vouchers include a full set of Print Ready digital files (10-15 images)
- Additional artwork and products including digital files can be purchased separately

- Limited Edition Session Vouchers offer a Whole Gallery upgrade which includes Print Ready digital files of all 6 images from the gallery
- All Inclusive Experience Vouchers offer an artwork upgrade to include a 20 inch Wall Art with Deluxe Frame
- Limited Edition Sessions take place on set weekday dates at pre-selected locations throughout the year, which will be shown on this website. All Inclusive Experience Sessions can take place on a date of your choice.
- All dates are subject to availability. In the event that Sandie Powner Photography has no dates available to book prior to your voucher expiry date, your voucher will be automatically extended to the next available dates.
- Your Gift Voucher can be used as a credit against a different session type other than the one stated on the voucher, if preferred. The Recipient will be required to pay any difference in price prior to the session taking place.
- There will be no refund if your chosen session type is of a lower price than the value of your voucher
- Your Gift Voucher has no cash redemption voucher and can not be exchanged for cash
- If you purchase your Gift Voucher online, by email or by phone, you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund for 14 days thereafter. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the voucher, if we request it

- Other than as set out above, Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged or refunded after purchase
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes arising from any transaction with Sandie Powner Photography are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

Voucher upgrades
All vouchers can be upgraded by the recipient - all they need to do is pay the different between the value of the voucher gifted and the session they wish to book. For example, if you gift a £149 Limited Edition Session voucher, but the recipient would prefer a Lavender Fields Session, they would pay the £26 difference in price when they book their session.
Vouchers can also be credited towards any All Inclusive Experience if the recipient would prefer a more personalised service.
Please note that dates/times are subject to availability and some themes may only be available at certain times of year
Fixed Denomination Vouchers
£100 and £50 Gift Vouchers are available for recipients who have had a previous photo shoot with me, who may wish to receive vouchers to purchase additional products and artwork from their previous session.

Limited Edition Sessions are time-limited photo shoot sessions which take place at pre-selected locations, mainly in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

The All Inclusive Experience includes an Outdoor Location Session, at a mutually agreed location
With an All Inclusive session, you have the flexibility of being able to select a date/time of your choice for your photo shoot to take place. Find out more about All Inclusive Experiences here>>
The inclusions for each voucher will be printed on the back of the voucher. Recipients can choose to upgrade their voucher to a different option or package if they wish by paying the difference in price.
Vouchers can also be upgraded at point of purchase if you prefer. Limited Edition Sessions offer a whole Gallery upgrade, while All Inclusive Experiences can be upgraded to include a 20 inch Wall Art with Deluxe Frame
The recipient will also have the option to purchase extra artwork, products and prints if they wish, in addition to the included products and digital files
Gift Vouchers are normally valid for one year from the date of issue. However, if you miss the deadline, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help!
The Limited Edition voucher is valid for one photo shoot session on any of my publicly advertised Limited Edition Session dates.
The All Inclusive Experience voucher offers a personalised experience with an Outdoor Location Session, taking place at a mutually agreed location / time / date. Please note dates are subject to availability and some themes are only available at certain times of year.
Yes, if you would like to upgrade your voucher to a higher-priced option this is absolutely fine, you'll just pay the difference in price.
For example, if you have a Limited Edition Voucher (£149) and would like to upgrade to a Lavender Fields Session (£175), you'd simply pay the additional £26 to do so.
Currently the Limited Edition vouchers are only applicable for photo shoots at my carefully selected locations in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
All Inclusive Experience Vouchers offer a personalised experience and we will discuss and choose the location for your session to take place. This may be one of my recommended locations or somewhere special to you.
Travel is included within 20 miles of my address (LE16). Locations outside of this area may incur a travel fee
Please note any additional permit fees for alternative locations are not included in the voucher and are payable by the recipient.
Vouchers are normally posted within 5 working days. If you need your voucher sooner than this, please let me know and I can issue a digital version while you wait for the physical voucher to arrive
Fixed Denomination vouchers are only available as gifts for my existing clients, in denominations of £50 and £100, and can be put towards any additional product orders from their existing photo shoots.
