On the back of your gift voucher, you'll find information about the type of Photo Shoot that has been booked, any inclusions or upgrades, and the voucher value, so make sure you take a look at this to find out what your gift voucher includes
I offer two types of Gift Voucher: Limited Edition Session or All Inclusive Experience
If you've been gifted a Limited Edition Session voucher, you'll be able to choose from a selection of themes (Seasonal Woodland, Seasonal Studio or Lavender Fields), and sessions for these take place at pre-selected locations on set dates during the year. You can use your voucher code to book your preferred session via my online booking system below
If you've been gifted an All Inclusive Experience Voucher, your session will be personalised to your own vision and aims for the session, and can take place at a mutually agreed location on flexible dates throughout the year. You can select your preferred date using my online diary
My vouchers are fully flexible, so if you would like to book a different session to the one that has been gifted or upgrade your package, you can credit the voucher value against the session you'd like and simply pay the difference

Redeem your Limited Edition Session Voucher
If you have a Limited Edition Session Voucher, simply choose your preferred session type, date and time from the options below and enter your voucher code when prompted. If the option you choose is greater than the value of your voucher, you will be able to pay the difference as you complete your booking
Limited Edition Sessions include a 12x10-inch Premium Mounted Print and a matching digital file (your choice from a gallery of 6 images) as standard, with the option to upgrade to the full gallery also available
UPGRADE TO FULL GALLERY
If the gift voucher purchaser hasn't already done so, you can choose to upgrade to take home the complete gallery of Print Ready Digital Files for half the usual price when you upgrade prior to your photo shoot taking place - simply select the upgrade offer below as you complete your booking, and you can pay the difference online
UPGRADE TO ALL INCLUSIVE
If you would rather use your voucher as a credit against an All Inclusive Experience, simply scroll down to the next section and choose the redeem All Inclusive Voucher option, enter your voucher code when prompted, and reserve your photo shoot date. You'll then be sent an invoice for the difference in price once your date is confirmed
Redeem your All Inclusive Experience Voucher
If you have an All Inclusive Experience voucher, or are upgrading a Limited Edition voucher, simply choose your preferred package, date and time via the calendar below and enter your voucher code when prompted to reserve your photoshoot date
Please check the back of your voucher to see which package has been purchased for you. All-Inclusive Experience packages start with the Digital Only option, which includes the full set of Print-Ready Digital Files with your voucher. Your photo shoot session will take place at a mutually agreed location of your choice (location fees may apply)
UPGRADE TO ARTWORK
If the gift voucher purchaser hasn't already done so, you can choose to upgrade to one of my Artwork Inclusive Packages if you wish. Simply select your preferred package option when prompted below and, once the date is confirmed, I'll send you an invoice for the difference in price

Limited Edition Sessions are time-limited photo shoot sessions which take place at pre-selected locations, mainly in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

Your All Inclusive Experience voucher includes one photo shoot session with full set of Print Ready digital files ready to download (10-15 images)
The All Inclusive Experience includes an Outdoor Location Session, at a mutually agreed location
With an All Inclusive session, you have the flexibility of being able to select a date/time of your choice for your photo shoot to take place. Find out more about All Inclusive Experiences here>>
The inclusions for each voucher will be printed on the back of the voucher. You can choose to upgrade your voucher to a different option or package if they wish by paying the difference in price. This can be done when you book the date for your photo shoot, either by using online booking for Limited Edition Sessions, or I can invoice you for an All Inclusive Experience upgrade
You will also have the option to purchase extra artwork, products and prints if you wish, in addition to the included products and digital files
Gift Vouchers are normally valid for one year from the date of issue. However, if you miss the deadline, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help!
The Limited Edition voucher is valid for one photo shoot session on any of my publicly advertised Limited Edition Session dates.
The All Inclusive Experience voucher offers a personalised experience with an Outdoor Location Session, taking place at a mutually agreed location / time / date. Please note dates are subject to availability and some themes are only available at certain times of year.
Yes, if you would like to upgrade your voucher to a higher-priced option this is absolutely fine, you'll just pay the difference in price.
For example, if you have a Limited Edition Voucher (£149) and would like to upgrade to a Lavender Fields Session (£175), you'd simply pay the additional £26 to do so.
Currently the Limited Edition vouchers are only applicable for photo shoots at my carefully selected locations in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
All Inclusive Experience Vouchers offer a personalised experience and we will discuss and choose the location for your session to take place. This may be one of my recommended locations or somewhere special to you.
Travel is included within 20 miles of my address (LE16). Locations outside of this area may incur a travel fee
Please note any additional permit fees for alternative locations are not included in the voucher and are payable by you.
I completely understand you being apprehensive about how your dog will cope in a photo shoot situation, particularly as you've been gifted this and haven't necessarily chosen it yourself
The most important thing is that we won't be asking your dog to do anything they are uncomfortable with or that is outside of their capabilities. Your dog's welfare and happiness is absolutely paramount for their photo shoot session. When you book, I'll be asking you all about your dog so that I know exactly how to prepare, and I'll give you the opportunity to ask any questions and talk through any concerns you may have, so that you feel completely comfortable on the day.
