What to Expect on Your Pet Professionals Photo Shoot
From our first consultation to your image delivery, creating a library of on-brand images for your business branding and marketing activities
1: Choose your Pet Professionals Package
It's so overwhelming to look at all those different photographers and decide which one to choose. I'll make sure you find out everything you want to know before you book, so that you know you've chosen the perfect option to create a library of branding and marketing images for your business.
I'm always happy to Give You A Paw with a complimentary, no-obligation call to find out what you'd like to achieve, go through the options and make sure you've chosen the right photo shoot type for you.
Solopreneur Essentials Sessions
Solopreneur Essentials Sessions are ideal for solo business owners who want simple, professional branding or when you're just starting out and want a basic portfolio to begin your marketing activities
The Solopreneur Essentials sessions will last 90 minutes and include 25 edited images of your choice
Small Business Sessions
The Small Business Sessions are designed for established businesses employing 3-12 staff members, with an ongoing need for professional images, personalised to your business.
It is ideal for one-off projects and events, product businesses and branding, ensuring your marketing is fresh and up-to date!
The Small Business Sessions are available in half-day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) sessions and include 50 edited images of your choice
When I receive your initial enquiry for a Pet Professionals Package, I'll initially send you an email to find out what you're looking for and make sure we're a good fit for each other. Assuming everything is ok, it's time to confirm your booking and do a little bit of paperwork!
INITIAL PAPERWORK
Once you've booked your session, I'll send you a confirmation email, with quick links to sign the contract and fill in a quick questionnaire - no messy paperwork to send back!
It'll then be time to get dates in the diary for your Pre-shoot planning consultation and photo shoot session, which we'll agree together!
2: Make Plans.... and Relax
It can be nerve-wracking when you don't quite know what to expect from your photo shoot. Let me set your mind at ease from all the worries and concerns you have, so you feel confident you will be happy, comfortable and, most importantly, enjoy the experience!
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll agree a date for your Pre-Shoot Planning Consultation, where we'll discuss your aims for your session as well as any specific shots you have in mind at this stage. We may choose to hold your session during a 'live' class or as a series of set-up shots, depending on which suits your business best
At the end of your Pre-Shoot Consultation, we'll have agreed the initial plan for your photo shoot as well as an outline of planned shots, discussed choosing models or which live classes would be best to capture, and talked about any potential issues or concerns you may have, so that you have absolute confidence that you'll capture the perfect images to represent your business in your branding and marketing activities

3. Create your branding images
I don't want you to feel like part of a production line!
Your photo shoot is all about you and your business, capturing those beautiful, bespoke images that illustrate your branding and business values. We'll have already discussed specific ideas for your photo shoot and agreed a detailed list of images you'd like to capture, so regardless of which package you've chosen, we'll have a great session capturing those unique images for your branding and marketing activities
4. Love Your Images
Approximately 2 weeks after your photo shoot, you'll receive details on how to access your Preview Gallery and fall in love with the images from your session!
A Solopreneur Essentials Session will include 25 images and a Small Business Session will include 50 images, which you'll be able to shortlist and select from your preview gallery. But don't worry if you fall in love with more images than are included, as you'll have the option to purchase extras individually, or upgrade to All-Inclusive if you wish
Don't forget I keep all the images from your preview gallery indefinitely, so you can always add to your collection at a later date if you wish (subject to a gallery reactivation fee, which is deducted on purchase of additional images).
Final editing and downloading your images
Once you've chosen your images from your Preview Gallery, the final editing will take place, where I'll make sure they are all pawfect for you!
Once they're ready, I'll send you details of how to download your images from your final gallery (normally 3-4 weeks from confirmation of your chosen images), and you'll be ready to market your business!
5: Market your Business
You've got the images from your photo shoot, now it's time to GO WILD and share them all over your branding and marketing activities, knowing that you've created a library full of on-brand images that are unique to you and your business!
You can use them for: website headers, about us pages, product pages, social media posts, blogs, flyers, marketing materials, posters, banners, brochures,,,,, and so much more!
